Effective Date:August 10, 2026Last Updated:August 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Venturi Ltd., a Delaware corporation ("Venturi," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit our website at venturi.company (the "Site"), create an account, or use our software platform and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Site or the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Services.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us.

  • Account and contact information. Name, email address, company or firm name, job title, phone number, and password when you register for an account, request a demo, or communicate with us.
  • Billing and payment information. When you purchase a subscription, our third-party payment processor collects your payment details (such as credit card, debit card, or ACH bank account information), billing address, and transaction history. Venturi does not store full payment card numbers or bank account credentials on its own systems; we receive limited information such as card type, last four digits, expiration date, and transaction confirmations.
  • Customer Content. Files, project data, designs, documents, and other materials that you or your organization upload to or create within the Services, whether under a paid plan, free trial, or pilot engagement (“Customer Content”). Customer Content may incidentally include personal information contained within those materials.
  • Communications. Information you provide when you contact support, respond to surveys, or otherwise correspond with us.

Information we collect automatically.

  • Usage data. Features used, pages viewed, actions taken within the Services, usage volumes and metering data (including data used to calculate plan allowances and any overage charges), timestamps, and referring pages.
  • Device and log data. IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and error and crash logs.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and local storage to operate the Site and Services, keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Services are used. See Section 6 (Cookies) below.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide and operate the Services, including creating and administering accounts, hosting Customer Content, and providing customer support.
  • Process payments, including recurring subscription charges, calculating usage against plan allowances, and billing any overage charges you incur or authorize.
  • Communicate with you, including transactional messages such as receipts, renewal and billing notices, changes to your plan or these terms, and security alerts. We may also send marketing communications, which you may opt out of at any time.
  • Improve and develop the Services, including analyzing usage trends, diagnosing problems, and developing new features.
  • Protect Venturi and our users, including detecting, investigating, and preventing fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Comply with legal obligations, including tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements, and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

3. Customer Content

As between you and Venturi, you (or your organization) retain all rights in Customer Content. We use Customer Content only to provide and support the Services, as directed by you or your organization, or as required by law. We do not sell Customer Content, and we do not use Customer Content for advertising.

4. How We Share Information

  • Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, and customer support tools. These providers are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us.
  • Within your organization. If your account is administered by your employer or firm, account and usage information may be visible to your organization's administrators.
  • Professional advisors. Lawyers, accountants, auditors, and insurers, where reasonably necessary.
  • Legal and safety. To comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Venturi, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to reasonable confidentiality protections.
  • With your consent. We may share information for any other purpose disclosed to you with your consent.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and thereafter as necessary to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Billing records, including records of your consent to recurring charges, are retained for at least three (3) years or as otherwise required by applicable law. Customer Content is retained in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and is deleted or made available for export following account closure, subject to routine backup cycles.

6. Cookies and Analytics

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through browser settings. If you disable cookies, some features of the Site or Services may not function properly. Where required, we will request your consent before using non-essential cookies. We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals; where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: (a) request access to the personal information we hold about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate personal information; (c) request deletion of your personal information; (d) receive a portable copy of your personal information; (e) opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, or certain profiling (we do not engage in these practices); and (f) appeal a denial of a request.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at onboarding@venturi.company with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we process your information on behalf of one of our business customers (for example, personal information contained in Customer Content), we may direct your request to that customer, who controls that information.

Marketing choices.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. You will continue to receive transactional and account-related messages (such as invoices, renewal reminders, and billing notices), which are required for the operation of your subscription.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site and Services are intended for business use and are not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Users

Venturi is based in the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer, processing, and storage of your information in the United States.

The Site and Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
